Each listing page gives you everything you need to make an informed decision:
- Dimensions — exact measurements to help you judge fit
- Medium and materials — how the work was made and what it's made from
- Presentation — whether the work is framed, stretched, mounted, or unframed
- Artist information — background, exhibition history, and portfolio
- Authenticity — all works on ArtRewards come with a Certificate of Authenticity

Save Artworks to Your Favourites
Not ready to commit? Save artworks to your Favourites list so you can return to them later, compare options side by side, and share selections with a partner, decorator, or advisor.
Saving a work does not reserve it or place any obligation on you. Availability is not guaranteed for saved items, so if a piece speaks to you, it's worth moving forward sooner rather than later.

Buy Now or Make an Offer
When you're ready to purchase, you have two options:
Buy Now
Select Buy Now on any listing to proceed directly to checkout. You'll enter your shipping address and payment details, and your order will be confirmed immediately. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
Make an Offer
On eligible listings, you can submit an offer below the listed price. Once submitted, the artist has a set window to accept, decline, or counter your offer. You won't be charged until an offer is accepted.

What Happens After You Purchase
Once your order is confirmed, here's what to expect:
- Order confirmation — You'll receive a confirmation email with your order details.
- Artwork preparation — The artist prepares your work for shipment, including professional packaging to protect it in transit.
- Shipping notification — You'll receive a shipping update with tracking information once your artwork is on its way.
- Delivery — Most orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout, depending on your location.
- Certificate of Authenticity — Included with every original work.
