2. Description of Service
ArtRewards provides a platform for artists and collectors to connect, discover, and acquire artworks. Our service includes but is not limited to: artwork listings, artist profiles, collection management, and transactional services.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
4. Artwork Listings
Artists are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their artwork listings. All artwork must be original work created by the listing artist. ArtRewards reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our policies.
5. Transactions and Payments
All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways. ArtRewards charges a commission on successful transactions. Commission rates are disclosed at the time of listing and may vary based on artwork price and other factors.
Buyers have the right to cancel orders within 24 hours of purchase, subject to the artist's cancellation policy. Refunds are processed according to our refund policy.
6. Intellectual Property
Artists retain all intellectual property rights to their artwork. By listing artwork on ArtRewards, artists grant us a non-exclusive license to display the artwork on our platform for promotional purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
ArtRewards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the platform. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
